This is not a medical facility . All they do is create bills and when you ask them to explain their charges they ghost you.

I absolutely love my oral device that Dr. Kaspo had made for me, it does a great job with my Sleep Apnea and I don't have to wear that awful CPAP Mask. I see Dr. Kaspo at all my appointments that I schedule with him and I think he is wonderful and caring. When I agreed to my oral device for Sleep Apnea the lady in the office that handled insurance coverage came in and talked to me about what my insurance would cover and what would be my financial responsibility for the oral device.

I waited in the waiting room for over 40 minutes after arriving on time for my appointment, which was already inconvenient as I had left work early to attend. While I initially tried to be understanding about the delay, my experience went downhill once I met with the nurse. I came in seeking an assessment for TMJ due to ongoing chronic jaw pain, expecting to receive care from a knowledgeable specialist, as the office advertises. Unfortunately, the nurse I saw did not appear to have sufficient experience or understanding of TMJ. Many of my questions about my symptoms and jaw function were met with vague or unhelpful answers. I truly felt the nurse was put in an unfair position/job placement to be seeing patients alone with her lack of knowledge on the topic. I was wondering if my jaw pain could be connected to tonged tie and she was unsure how that would impact the jaw. At one point, I was shown a basic drawing of jaw movement and told that a β€œnormal person’s” jaw would not behave the way mine does, which felt both oversimplified and dismissive. When my X-rays were reviewed, the only feedback I received was that I seemed β€œa little stuffy,” which was unrelated to the reason for my

This weirdest experience. They never communicated or explained to me how much my insurance will cover for my first visit. I never saw the doctor whom I was scheduled to meet. Only the NP came to see me. On top of that, I was charged β€œ$250” for the visit. That’s outrageously high and crazy for a simple visual examination. The lady from front desk says that it normally costs over a $1000 or something for out of pocket.
